These terms apply to your use of juscloudconcierge.com. JusCloud Concierge is a service of JusTechRun Systems Inc.

Descriptions and prices on this website are general and indicative. They are not an offer. The scope, fee, schedule and deliverables of any engagement are set only in a written scope or agreement signed by both parties.

Authorization

We assess or change systems only with written authorization from someone entitled to give it, and only within the agreed scope. Assessments use read-only access you provide and can revoke. Any remediation or change needs separate written authorization.

No guarantees

Assessments identify risks and opportunities based on what we can see at the time. They don't guarantee that a system is secure, compliant or free of defects, or that any specific cost saving will be achieved.

Payments

Fees are paid through Stripe-hosted payment pages or invoices issued by JusTechRun Systems Inc., on the terms stated in the scope or invoice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this website: no attempts to break its security, overload it, or submit false or harmful information through its forms.

Liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Liability for paid services is set in the written agreement for those services.
